Jobpac Payroll Customers need to take action NOW (before 11th June) to ensure STP continues to function in FY27.
Trimble would like to remind customers utilising a Sending Service Provider (SSP) for Single Touch Payroll (STP) that they are required to register their SSP and unique Software ID (SSID) with the ATO.
While the ATO deadline for this registration is 30 June 2026, OZEDI are activating early and sending STP submissions with SSID from 11th June. We recommend you register your SSID with the ATO NOW to avoid disruption for STP submissions after 11th June. Please note that any STP submissions made after this date without a valid SSID registration will fail to process.
The notification is a two-step process:
- Retrieve your unique SSID from your Sending Service Provider. (For those customers using OZEDI, guidance is linked below)
- Register this SSID with the ATO via the Access Manager portal.
To assist you with this requirement, please refer to the detailed guidance links below from the BuildingPoint Jobpac Support Portal:

If you have any further questions regarding this process, please contact BuildingPoint Jobpac Support for further guidance.
Kind Regards
